Kera Group Oy is pleased to announce the acquisition of four skylight and Smoke ventilation units from BMI in Norway, Po-land, Denmark and Sweden. The new subsidiaries are Everlite in Røyken, Awak in Buk, Optilite in Horsens and Brave in Viskafors. The companies have operated in the same industry, the main business being Smoke ventilation and skylights.

The new countries fits in the strategy of the growing Group. The acquisition strengthens the Group’s position in the skylights and smoke Ventilation business field. The new subsidiaries will receive a synergy advantage from an international group operating in the same field.

Keraplast UAB has delivered to Sirin logistic project in Vilnius. 150pcs hatches 1,2×1,2m

The hangar area is 8 046 m² and its height reaches 31 metres, which is equivalent to an 11-storey building. The total amount of metal used in the construction of the object is about 1,850 tonnes, and the roof boarding covers nearly 14,500 m². SIA Keraplast has sipplied 31pcs smoke hatches to this building.

Keravent supplies significant amount of aprox 180 meters smoke shafts to new hospital in Helsinki. Deliveries to the Siltasairaala site have already begun in early 2019 and will continue until 2020. The hospital will start operaiting by 2023.

The Robot cutting Orivent Smoke Shaft is ready for installation on site after delivery. Orivent Smoke Shafts are manufactured at the Orimattila plant in Finland. Automated manufacturing allows for custom-tailored dimensioning.

Keraplast UAB delivered total of 756 square meters continuous rooflight to shopping center in Kaunas, Lithuania.

Ventisol supplies smoke hatches to Arlanda hangar with KERA domes. Next stage in May 42 hatches.

The project focuses on market mapping of PSCS business operations to the markets of Russia, Kazakhstan and Ukraine, as well as gravity smoke management in Sweden and Norway.

The project is part of Kera Group’s international growth and competitiveness strategy. The European Regional Development Fund has granted support for the implementation of the project.
