We have a wide range of machinery for vacuum and other thermoforming of plastic sheets. With our machines, we produce both small and large forming, from prototypes to large series. The materials we use include acrylic (PMMA), polycarbonate (PC), polystyrene (PS) and ABS.
We glue a variety of plastic products for various uses. We make simple gluing and heavy-duty glue joints with precision and skill. If necessary, we assemble the plastic products made for our customers into complete assemblies.
We are working the flat sheets and thermoformed products with 3- and 5-axel CNC-machines. With SolidWorks 3D software at our disposal, we are able to work accurately according to the customer’s own plans.
